补肾壮骨汤辅助血液透析治疗尿毒症对患者肾功能和骨代谢水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析补肾壮骨汤辅助血液透析治疗尿毒症对患者肾功能和骨代谢水平的影响。方法:选取河南誉美肾病医院于2016年12月-2018年10月收治的120例尿毒症患者的临床资料进行分析,分为2组。对照组采用血液透析治疗,观察组采用补肾壮骨汤辅助血液透析治疗,分析2组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后与对照组比较,观察组患者尿酸(Uric acid,UA)、内生肌酐清除率、尿量水平、生活质量评分均升高(P<0.05);尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐(Serum creatinine,SCr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)、血磷、骨碱性磷酸酶(Bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)、骨保护素(Osteoprotegerin,OPG)、全段甲状旁腺素(Intact parathyroid hormone throughout,iPTH)水平均下降(P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨汤辅助血液透析治疗尿毒症,可改善患者的肾功能指标、骨代谢指标水平,增加尿量,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu tang assisting hemodialysis on the kidney function and the level of bone metabolism in treating patients with uremia.Methods:The clinical data of 120 cases of uremic patients who were admitted in Henan Yumei Kidney Disease Hospital from Dec.2016 to Oct.2018 were analyzed,and the patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bushen Zhuanggu tang based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect after treatment in the two groups was analyzed.Results:After treatment,when compared with those in the control group,the levels of uric acid(UA),residual renal function as well as urine volume and the score of quality of life in the observation group were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),β2-microglobulin(p 2-MG),serum phosphorus,bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),osteoprotegerin(OPG)and intact parathyroid hormone throughout(iPTH)were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant therapy of Bushen Zhuanggu tang based on hemodialysis in treating uremia can improve the indexes of the kidney function and the levels of indexes of bone metabolism,increase urine volume and enhance quality of life of patients.
