少腹逐瘀颗粒联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察少腹逐瘀颗粒联合西药方案治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例慢性盆腔炎随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各36例;对照组给予头孢西丁钠、多西环素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗,观察比较2组临床疗效、中医症状积分、复发及不良反应情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.22%,对照组为80.55%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后随访3个月,复发率治疗组为2.86%,对照组为20.69%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应率治疗组为5.56%;对照组为8.33%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀颗粒联合抗菌素治疗慢性盆腔炎效果确切,可显著缓解患者临床症状,降低复发率,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu granules combined with western medicine for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefoxitin sodium and doxycycline,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Shaofu Zhuyu granules based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The total effective rate was 97.22%in the treatment group and 80.55%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After three months of follow-up,the recurrence rate was 2.86%in the treatment group and 20.69%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions was 5.56%in the treatment group and 8.33%in the control group,there being no significant differences in the comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shaofu Zhuyu granules combined with antibiotics has significant effect in treating patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can significantly alleviate their clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,and its curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine.
