高频超声显像引导下的温针灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察高频超声显像引导下的温针灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取120例神经根型颈椎病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组使用温针灸治疗,观察组利用高频超声显像对患病部位精准定位,同时进行温针灸治疗。评价2组疼痛程度和颈部功能,对比2组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后2组疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)评分均降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PRI、VAS和PPI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中文版颈部结局评分(NOOS-C)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组NOOS-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率78.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察过程中2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:高频超声显像引导下的温针灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病可以提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for nerve root cervical spondylosis under the guidance of high frequency ultrasound imaging.Methods:Selected 120 cases of patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion,while the observation group was given the high frequency ultrasound imaging to accurately locate the disease sites and warming acupuncture and moxibustion at the same time.Evaluated the pain degree and the neck function in the two groups,and compared the clinical effect and the incidence condition of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of the pain rating indexes(PRI),the visual analogue scale(VAS) and the present pain intensity(PPI) were all decreased when compared with those before treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,the scores of PRI,VAS and PPI in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the neck outcome scores of Chinese version(NOOS-C) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P <0.05);the NOOS-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate was 78.3% in the control group and 90.0% in the observation group,there was significant difference being found in the comparison of the two groups(P <0.05).In the observation process,no serious adverse reaction was found in the two groups.Conclusion:The application of warming acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for nerve root cervical spondylosis under the guidance of high frequency ultrasound imaging can improve the clinical effect.
