摘  要:为了满足雷达等装备上各单元之间信息互联的要求,研制了一种可以快速插拔的小型高密度光纤连接器。该光纤连接器用于大容量雷达通信系统的多路数字信号传输,极小的外形尺寸可容纳的光路数量最多可达48芯。此外,该光纤连接器采用卡口式连接结构,便于手动快速插拔,且转接器为中性结构,高密度光插头可以从转接器任意一端盲插配接,使得整个光纤连接器使用操作简便。性能测试结果表明,研制的快速插拔小型高密度光纤连接器设计合理,环境适应性强,具有极高的推广应用价值和广阔的市场前景。In order to meet the requirements of information interconnection between units on radar and other equipment,a small high-density optical fiber connector which can be quickly mating and unmating is developed.The optical fiber connector is used for multi-channel digital signal transmission of large-capacity radar communication system.The number of optical paths that can be accommodated in a very small shape size can be up to 48 cores.In addition,the optical fiber connector adopts a bayonet type connection structure,which is convenient for manually quick mating and unmating.The adapter is neutral structure,and the high-density optical plug can be blindly mated from either end of the adapter,which makes the whole optical fiber connector easy to use and operate.The performance test results show that the design of the quick mating and unmating small high-density optical fiber connector is reasonable and has strong environmental adaptability.It has high application value and broad market prospects.
