摘  要:磁悬浮列车的电力供应主要依靠磁悬浮轨道交通用特种软电缆(MTLEF电缆)。介绍了MTLEF电缆的设计要求,根据电缆的使用和敷设环境,从电缆结构和护套材料上进行了设计。电缆导体采用T型结构设计,可有效降低电缆弯曲力矩、很好地控制导体外径以及降低生产难度。为提高电缆的柔软度,采用挤包可剥离半导电屏蔽材料代替绕包半导电包带+挤包半导电材料结构,以及取消了金属屏蔽,采用半导电护套进行接地。电缆护套外涂覆石墨,便于电缆的安装。最终生产出结构合理、性能优异的MTLEF电缆。The power supply of magnetically levitated train mainly depends on special flexible cable for maglev rail transit(MTLEF cable).The design requirements of the MTLEF cable are introduced.The cable structure and the sheath material are designed according to the use and laying environment of the cable.The cable conductor is designed with T-shaped structure,which can effectively reduce the bending moment of the cable,control the outer diameter of the conductor and reduce the production difficulty.In order to improve the flexibility of the cable,the extruded semiconductive shielding material is used instead of the wrapped semi-conductive tape+extruded semi-conductive material structure,and the metal shielding is eliminated,and the semi-conductive sheath is used for grounding.The cable sheath is coated with graphite to facilitate the installation of the cable.Finally,MTLEF cable with reasonable structure and excellent performance is produced.
