摘　　要：为预防地铁火灾,减少地铁火灾危害,保护人身和财产的安全,依据强制性国家标准GB 51298-2018专门设计研发了针对新建、扩建地铁和轻轨交通重点工程应用的B1级柔性矿物绝缘防火电缆。详细阐述了该地铁用B1级防火电缆的耐火与阻燃结构设计、材料选用及试验性能指标详细要求。经检测,该地铁用B1级防火电缆不仅具有可靠的矿物绝缘电缆防火特性,且具有B1级阻燃性能、低烟无卤环保特性,同时在生产、安装敷设方面具有普通电力电缆的特点。In order to prevent metro fire,reduce the hazards of metro fire,and protect the safety of people and property,B1 grade flexible mineral insulated fireproof cables for key projects of new-built and extended metro and light-rail transportation are specially designed and developed according to compulsory national standard GB 51298-2018.The fire-resistant and flame-retardant structure design,material selection and test performance requirements of B1 grade fireproof cables for metro are described in detail.The test results show that the B1 grade fireproof cables for metro not only have reliable fireproof characteristics of mineral insulated cables,but also have B1 grade flame-retardant performance,low-smoke and halogen-free environmental protection characteristics,and have the characteristics of ordinary power cables in production and installation.
