摘 要:文中利用ANSYS Workbench建立了某型车载程序执行器的有限元分析模型,对其进行模态分析,并在此基础上进行随机振动、冲击响应分析,获得了结构件、叠层PCBA(印制板组件)的变形、应力云图,并对PCB板提出优化方案。研究表明,程序执行器箱体结构设计能够满足设备整体的使用要求,叠层PCBA上的最大位移响应主要出现在离安装孔位置较远处,而安装孔位置处易发生应力集中现象,通过在PCB板大质量重要元器件之间局部增加衬柱,可有效提高PCB板刚度,可在一定程度上避免后续试验过程中出现故障。In this paper,the finite element analysis model of a certain type of vehicle program actuator is established by using ANSYS Workbench,and its modal analysis is carried out.On this basis,random vibration and shock response analysis is carried out,and the deformation and stress distributions of the structural parts and the layered PCBA are obtained.The results show that the structure design of the program executor box can satisfy the application requirements of the whole equipment.The maximum displacement response on the PCBA mainly occurs far from the installation hole.But stress concentration is prone to occur at the location of installation hole.Locally adding pillars among the large-mass important components of the PCB board can effectively improve the stiffness of the PCB board,and the failure in follow-up experiments can be avoided to some extent.
