摘 要:某机载波导设计过程中样件出现开裂故障,通过金相分析明确其失效机理。结合有限元分析寻求解决方案,并通过环境适应性试验验证改进结构的有效性。分析结果表明,机载波导组件在振动载荷作用下,法兰根部极易形成应力集中区和局部交变高应力区。通过传力路径分析,在应力集中部位增加加强筋,能够有效降低应力水平和应力集中度,避免疲劳失效。改进结构仿真结果表明,该波导组件满足设计要求。最后进行改进结构的振动试验,通过试验结果与仿真结果的对比,证明有限元分析准确有效。Crack failure occurs in the design process of an airborne waveguide.The failure mechanism is found by the metallographic analysis.Finite element analysis is carried out to find a solution and the effectiveness of the improved structure is verified by the environmental adaptability test.Analysis results show that the airborne waveguide is extremely easy to form stress concentration zone and alternating high stress area at flange root under vibration load.Through the transmission path analysis,rib reinforcement at stress concentration zone can reduce stress level and stress concentration and avoid fatigue failure effectively.The finite element analysis of the improved structure shows that the waveguide can meet the design requirements.At last,vibration tests are carried out for the improved structure in order to compare the simulation values with the experiment results.The comparison verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the finite element analysis.
