摘  要:文中构建了民用雷达结构工艺一体化研发平台框架,研究了基于模型状态的结构工艺协同机制、基于工艺物料清单(Process Bill of Material,PBOM)的装配工艺模型重构、基于轻量化技术的模型数据传递以及基于Web技术的三维工艺发布等关键支撑技术,解决了民用雷达研制过程中存在的不同专业研发过程不协同、信息不关联、传递不顺畅、管控不精细的问题,实现了三维数字样机在设计工艺制造过程中的传递与应用。该平台的建立与应用推动了以三维数字样机为特征的民用雷达并行协同研制模式的形成。In this paper an integrated platform of structure and process for civil radar is constructed.Some key supporting technologies such as collaborative mechanism of structure and process based on model state,model reconstruction of assembly process based on the process bill of material(PBOM),model data transfer based on lightweight technology and 3D process release based on Web are studied.Some issues are be settled such as non-coordination of procedure,unrelated information,unsmooth transmission,and inconspicuous management and control during research and development of civil radar.Transmission and application of the three-dimension digital prototypes in design and process are realized.Establishment and application of the platform can effectively promote the development of a parallel collaborative development mode for civil radar characterized by three-dimension digital prototypes.
