摘 要:随着预警机类复杂电子装备功能性能需求的持续提升,模块化机箱成为其主要产品形态。在实际工作中模块化机箱受到结构强度、散热和电磁屏蔽三方面的约束,且由于集成度高,结构、热、电磁耦合问题非常严重。文中为解决预警机装备研制中模块化机箱多场耦合问题,以某液冷模块化机箱为研究对象,对其位移、温度、电磁三场耦合情况进行了分析,根据机箱结构特点和耦合关系,明确机箱结构参数、约束条件和优化目标,并开展了结构-热-电磁耦合仿真及优化设计,给出了优化结果,并经过了试验验证。文中提到的方法可行,为模块化机箱和其他高度集成的电子装备/电子设备的优化设计提供了技术途径。With the function and performance requirements increasing of complex airborne electronic equipment of early warning aircraft,the modular case becomes the main product.The modular case is limited by structural strength,heat-resistance and electromagnetic shielding during use.Due to high integration,structural,thermal and electromagnetic coupling problems are very serious.In order to solve these problems,the modular liquid cooling case of early warning aircraft is researched.Its displacement,temperature and electromagnetic coupling are analyzed.According to the characteristics of structure and the coupling relationship,the structural parameters of the case,constraints and optimization objectives are clarified in this paper.The structural-thermal-electromagnetic coupling simulation and optimization design are also carried out.Optimal results are presented through experimental verification.This method is feasible and provides a technical approach for the optimization design of highly integrated electronic equipment.
