化瘀复元胶囊干预房颤炎症因子的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察化瘀复元胶囊联合常规西药治疗房颤的临床疗效。[方法]将符合纳入标准的房颤病例随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采取抗凝、控制心率的方法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用化瘀复元胶囊,两组疗程为12周,对比两组炎症因子(Hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)的变化情况,比较两组中医证候疗效。[结果]受试期间,对照组脱落4例,治疗组脱落2例。最终统计对照组41例,治疗组43例。两组治疗后对比,治疗组炎症因子指标(hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组前后比较,治疗后炎症因子指标的改善显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分疗效总有效率分别为治疗组93.02%,对照组63.41%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]化瘀复元胶囊治疗房颤取得良好疗效,其机制可能与抑制房颤炎症反应有关。[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Huayu Fuyuan Capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.[Methods]Eligible patients with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The treatment group was treated with Huayu Fuyuan Capsule on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes of inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)in the two groups were compared.[Results]During the experiment,4 cases in the control group and 2 cases in the treatment group were exfoliated.Finally,41 subjects in the control group and 43 subjects in the treatment group were counted.After treatment,the improvement of inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the improvement of inflammatory factor index after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.02%in the treatment group and 63.41%in the control group,respectively.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Huayu Fuyuan Capsule is effective in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
