血栓心脉宁联合西药治疗冠心病疗效及预后观察

摘　　要：[目的]探究冠心病应用西药联合血栓心脉宁进行治疗的临床效果。[方法]本次实验对象全部选自2017年2月-2018年12月期间本院收治的74例冠心病患者,按照治疗单双顺序分成两组,即37例实验组和37例对照组,进行西药治疗的为对照组,进行西药联合血栓心脉宁治疗的为实验组,对比两种治疗方案对患者治疗效果、心血管事件发生情况、不良反应的影响。[结果]实验组患者的治疗总有效率为94.59%和对照组的75.68%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的心血管事件总发生率为13.51%和对照组的35.14%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前生活质量(SF-36)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]冠心病应用西药联合血栓心脉宁进行治疗的临床效果显著优于单一用药治疗,能够有效改善患者临床症状和预后。[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of Western medicine combined with Xueshuan Xinmaining in the treatment of coronary heart disease.[Method]Seventy-four patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the treatment order:37 cases in the experimental group and 37 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Western medicine combined with Xueshuan Xinmaining.The effect,occurrence of cardiovascular events and adverse reactions of patients were compared.[Results]The total effective rate was 94.59%in the experimental group and75.68%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular events in the experimental group was 13.51%.Compared with 35.14%in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life(SF-36)score of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The clinical effect of Western medicine combined with Xueshuan Xinmaining in the treatment of coronary heart disease is significantly better than that of single drug,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients.
