中药冷喷联合蓝科肤宁治疗颜面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]讨论中药冷喷联合蓝科肤宁治疗颜面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。[方法]将87例颜面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用中药冷喷联合蓝科肤宁治疗。对照组蓝科肤宁治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效。[结果]患者治疗2周后,两组湿疹面积及严重度指数评分(EASI)评分均较前明显降低,治疗组明显低于对照组,前者治愈率明显高于后者。治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。[结论]中药冷喷联合蓝科肤宁治疗颜面部激素依赖性皮炎,疗效安全显著,且不良反应少。[Objective]To discuss the curative effect of cold spray combined with Lankefuning in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. [Methods]Eighty-seven patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with cold spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Lankefuning. In the control group,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. [Results]After 2 weeks treatment,the EASI score was significantly lower in both groups,and the treatment group’s EASI score was significantly lower than that of the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). [Conclusion]The cold spray combined with Lankefuning in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis and the efficacy is safe with less adverse reactions.
