限食联合六味地黄汤合水陆二仙丹治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察限食联合六味地黄汤合水陆二仙丹治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]选取住院及门诊患者60例,随机分为对照组(30例)及观察组(30例),对照组给予糖尿病常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上,限食联合六味地黄汤合水陆二仙丹,疗程为6周。观察两组患者治疗前后糖代谢、尿微量白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿肌酐、肾功能指标。[结果]观察组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率64%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组在改善临床症状,降低尿微量白蛋白、尿肌酐方面优于对照组。[结论]限食联合六味地黄汤合水陆二仙丹能够提高糖尿病肾病临床疗效,减少尿微量白蛋白。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of the combination of food restriction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Shuilu Erxian Dan in the treatment of diabeti nephropathy.[Methods]Sixty cases of inpatients and outpatientswere selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).Routine diabetes treatment was given in control groupand on the basis of routine treatment the observation group was givenfood restriction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and Shuiluo Erxian Dan,with a course of 6 weeks.Before and after treatment,glucose metabolism,urinary microalbumin,urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine and renal function indexes were observed.[Results]The total effective rate was 90%in the observation group and 64%in the control group.The comparison between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group on improving clinical symptoms and reducing urinary microalbumin and urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine.[Conclusion]Food restrictionand Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Shuilu Erxian Dan can improve the clinical effect of diabetic nephropathy and reduce urinary microalbumin.
