四妙散合六味地黄丸加味汤联合针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果  

Effect of Simiao Powder and Liuwei Dihuang Pill Jiawei Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Ankylosing Spondylitis

摘　　要：[目的]评价四妙散合六味地黄丸加味汤联合针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果。[方法]资料选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的80例强直性脊柱炎患者,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组40例,对照组单纯予以针灸治疗,观察组经四妙散合六味地黄丸加味汤联合针灸治疗,对比两组疗效。[结果]观察组治疗后的脊柱痛评分、晨僵时间、枕墙距指标、实验室指标以及临床治疗总有效率与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]四妙散合六味地黄丸加味汤联合针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎,可有效改善患者症状体征,应用效果确切。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of Simiao Powder and Liuwei Dihuang Pill Jiawei Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.[Methods]Eighty patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment alone,and the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment combined with Simiao Powder and Liuwei Dihuang Pill Jiawei Decoction.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.[Results]There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in spinal pain score,morning stiffness time,occipital wall distance index,laboratory index and total clinical treatment efficiency(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Simiao Powder and Liuwei Dihuang Pill Jiawei Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment for ankylosing spondylitis can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients and the application effect is accurate.
