七步砭石通乳法治疗产后乳少的应用心悟

摘　　要：[目的]产后乳少是哺乳期内乳汁甚少或乳汁全无的现象,通过应用七步砭石通乳法,结合辨证施治,达到促使乳汁分泌的目的。[方法]通过观察临床就诊的45例产后乳少的患者,分析产后乳少的病因、病机,辨证气血虚弱、肝郁气滞、痰浊阻滞三证型,内服经验方瓜蒲通络汤:全瓜蒌,丝瓜络,通草,蒲公英,路路通,王不留行,当归,川芎,炮山甲,按证型加减,同时应用七步砭石通乳法,手法按摩乳房,砭石疏刮乳络,点压神封、天池、乳根、膺窗、膻中穴。治疗一周,判定疗效,总结该法的应用心悟。[结果]45例患者,治愈23例,好转19例,无效3例,总有效率93%。[结论]七步砭石通乳法治疗产后乳少是疗效显著的中医外治手法,无严重不良反应,值得临床应用推广。[Objective]Postpartum hypogalactia is the phenomenon of little or no milk during a lactation.The aim of promoting lactation was achieved through the combination of the seven-step stone needle method and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment with syndrome differentiation.[Methods]By observing the clinical treatment of 45 patients with postpartum hypogalactia,we analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis.There were three syndrome types:Qi deficiency and blood syndrome,liver stagnation syndrome,phlegm-turbid stagnation syndrome.The experienced formula Guapu Tongluo Decoction was used.At the same time,the seven-step stone needle method was used to massage breast and press Shenfeng(KI23),Tianchi(PC1),Rugen(ST18),Yingchuang(ST16),Danzhong(RN17),once a day.After 1 week,the effect was measured.[Results]Among 45 patients,23 cases were cured,19 cases were improved,3 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 93%.[Conclusion]The seven-step stone needle method to improve milk circulation is an effective external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine and there is no serious adverse reaction.It is worthy of promoting.
