摘  要:基于欧盟减抗12大教训,在对感染性疾病发生的复杂性、抗生素的误用、抗生素作用的多面性、抗生素滥用等问题探讨的基础上,提出了转变科学观念,促进抗生素合理应用与减抗的建议,树立感染性疾病发生的复杂性观念,建立"养、防、治一体"的疾病综合防治体系;重视抗生素作用的多面性,促进抗生素科学合理应用与减抗;正确认识与处理中西兽医药学关系,改善疾病防治效果,促进实现减抗目的;意识是先导,人才是关键,应加强相关人才的培养与培训。Based on 12 feed antibiotic reduction lessons from EU(European Union)producers,recommendations for the transformation of scientific concepts to promote the rational use of antibiotics and feed antibiotic reduction were proposed on the basis of discussing the complexity of the occurrence of infectious diseases,the misuse of antibiotics,the multi-facets of antibiotic action and the abuse of antibiotics.The proposal included to establish the complex concept of the occurrence of infectious diseases and the integrated disease revention and treatment system of“raising,preventing and treatingn”;attach importance to the multi-facets of the action of antibiotics,promote the scientific and rational application of antibiotics and the feed antibiotic reduction;correctly understand and deal with the relationship between Chinese and western veterinary medicine to improve the effect of disease prevention and treatment,and promote the realization of feed antibiotic reduction;consciousness is the forerunner,talent is the key,we should strengthen the training of related talents.
