摘 要:2016年采集甘肃省玛曲县、碌曲县、夏河县等20个包虫病流行市县的犬粪和羊血清,用犬包虫抗原检测试剂盒和动物包虫抗体检测试剂盒分别对犬粪和羊血清进行检测,并在羊屠宰现场随机取样调查,结果显示,犬包虫抗原检测平均感染率为1.86%,羊血清抗体检测平均感染率为6.71%,屠宰现场检查羊包虫平均感染率为7.78%。与2010年的检测结果相比,包虫病感染率有所下降。In 2016,the canine feces and sheep serum were sampled from 20 echinococcosis epidemic counties such as Maqu County,Luqu County and Xiahe County of Gansu Province.The canine feces and sheep serum were detected by canine hydatid disease antigen test kit and animal hydatid disease antibody test kit,and the random sampling survey on sheep were carried out in slaughterhouse.The results showed that the average infection rate of canine echinococcosis disease antigen was 1.86%,and the average infection rate of antibody was 6.71%in sheep serum.The average infection rate of sheep hydatidosis was 7.78%by slaughter site inspection.Compared with the results of 2010,the infection rate of hydatidosis decreased.
