摘 要:低收入产业工人收入的快速增长已经成为先发区域经济社会发展的重点,但有效手段不多,增收效应并不明显。浙江省低收入产业工人主要集中于规模以下私营制造业及住宿、餐饮和娱乐业,一线工人和省外务工人员工资更低。应通过营商环境打造、产业结构优化、员工技能提升、企业税费减免和工会职能发挥来实现倍增。The rapid growth of the income of low-income industrial workers has become the focus of economic and social development in early-developing region, but there are not many effective means and the improvement is insignificant. Low-income industrial workers in Zhejiang are mainly concentrated in the sub-scale private manufacturing and accommodation, catering and entertainment industries. First-line workers and migrant workers have lower wages. It should be multiplied by improving the business environment, optimizing the industrial structure, upgrading the skills of employees, reducing and exempting taxes of enterprises, exerting the role of trade unions.
