摘 要:齿槽转矩会造成电机转矩波动、产生噪音和振动。为了减小电动机的齿槽转矩,用有限元分析得到了不同铁芯长度、极弧系数以及槽口宽度对齿槽转矩的影响规律。结果表明:极弧系数从0.60到0.70的变化过程中,齿槽转矩的峰值呈现先减小后增大;槽口宽度B从0.8mm增至1.2mm时,齿槽转矩的峰值逐渐增加且在每个偏移角度的数值呈现增大趋势;转子长度从18mm到22mm的变化过程中,齿槽转矩的峰值呈上升趋势,且波峰和波谷出现的角度相同。最后利用正交优化实验,开展电机结构参数的敏感性研究,并且得到齿槽转矩最小时的电机结构参数组合,优化后的齿槽转矩峰值减小88.7%。Cogging torque will cause motor torque fluctuation and generate noise and vibration.In order to reduce the cogging torque of motor,analysis of finite element is used to get the influnce of cogging torque including different core lengths,pole arc coefficients and slot widths.The results show that the peak value of cogging torque decreases and then increases when the pole arc coefficient changes from 0.60 to 0.70,the peak value of cogging torque increases gradually and the value of each offset angle increases when slot width B increases from 0.8mm to 1.2mm,and the peak value of cogging torque is on the rise with the same angle for peak and valley when the rotor length changes from 18mm to 22mm.Lastly by carring out study on the sensitivity of motor structure parameters through orthogonal test,the combination of motor structure parameters at the lowest cogging torque is obtained,while the peak value of optimized cogging torque is reduced by 88.7%.
