摘　　要：设计一款具备碳刷磨损预警和自停保护功能的角向磨光机,其电机采用铠甲式防护,过载能力强,工作效率达到BOSCH GWS24-230LVI水平,具有较长使用寿命。设计考虑的多功能开关可集中实现断电保护、过载过流保护、软启动等多种功能。An angle grinder is designed with the function of carbon brush wear warning and protection against self-stop,whose motor adopts armor type protection,with strong overload capacity and working efficiency reaching the Bosch GWS24-230LVI level,and has a long service life.The switch used for the functions can realize power-off protection,overload and overcurrent protection,soft start and so on.
