摘 要:毫秒级精准负荷控制系统将切负荷控制方式,从传统的集中切变电站负荷线路方式转变为快速精准控制用户可中断分支负荷线路。文章重点介绍精准负荷控制系统的整体架构及各层级切负荷装置的功能,分析精准负荷控制系统控制策略,结合整体联调试验,阐述该系统的工程应用情况。现场联调试验表明该系统既满足传统稳控系统快速性、安全性要求,又实现企业用户可中断负荷的精准控制,提高了紧急切负荷控制的精细化水平。The mode of load shedding control has changed from the traditional mode of centralized load shedding to fast and precise control of interruptible branch load lines for users through the millisecond precision load control system.Firstly, the article focuses on the overall architecture of the precision load control system and the functions of the various levels of load shedding devices. Then, the control strategy of the precise load control system is analyzed.Finally, combined with the overall joint test, the engineering application of the system is described.Field debugging tests show that the system not only meets the requirements of speed and safety of traditional stability control system, but also achieves the accurate control of interruption load for enterprise users, and improves the fine level of emergency load shedding control.
