摘 要:某水电机组从投产以来一直存在部分水头下大负荷工况厂房剧烈振动问题。本文通过提取特定频率分量方法,查明了流道内水压脉动25~35 Hz频率分量是引起厂房高负荷剧烈振动的激振源,并依据试验数据及相关理论,计算分析了流道内25~35 Hz水压脉动频率分量的来源,为厂房振动优化处理提供了依据。The severe vibration of a hydropower plant under large load condition with partial water head has been existed since the unit put into operation. In this paper, the method of extracting the specific frequency component is used to find out that the frequency component of 25 ~ 35 Hz water pressure pulsation in the flow passage is the exciting source of the severe vibration of the factory building under high load.The source of 25 ~ 35 Hz hydraulic pressure pulsation frequency component in the flow passage is calculated and analyzed, which provides a basis for vibration optimization treatment of power house.
