摘 要:随着电生理技术的飞速发展,三维标测技术已是当代的主流技术,三维标测可重建心脏三维结构,并与心电学有效结合,有助于术者快速确定各种心律失常的形成机制,并直观、精准地定位有效靶点并消融,提高了手术的成功率,降低了X线量。但是三维标测所构建的心脏三维结构与实际仍存在一定差距,而且在一些特殊类型心律失常中有一定局限性。近几年来,心内超声导管逐步发展,并与三维标测系统密切结合,弥补了单纯三维标测的不足,在一些特殊心律失常的消融中凸显了明显的优势。With the rapid development of electrophysiology technology,three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping system has become mainstream of contemporary technology.Three-dimensional mapping can reconstruct the three-dimensional structure of the heart,which is effectively combined with electrocardiology to help surgeons quickly determine the formation mechanism of various arrhythmias,visually and accurately locate effective targets and ablation,improve the success rate of surgery and reduce the amount of X-ray.However,there is still a gap between the three-dimensional mapping and the actual cardiac structure,and there are some limitations in some special types of arrhythmias.In recent years,the endocardial ultrasound catheter has been gradually developed and closely combined with the three-dimensional mapping system,which makes up for the deficiency of simple three-dimensional mapping,and shows the obvious advantages in the ablation of some special arrhythmias.
