摘　　要：目的:探讨镜像右位心伴先天性心脏病(先心病)介入治疗方法的可行性及安全性。方法:选择镜像右位心伴先心病患者4例,常规经胸心脏超声检查明确其合并的先心病有无介入治疗适应证。对有介入治疗适应证的患者,采用影像反转技术进行投照,再按常规方法进行介入治疗操作,与同期收治的拟行先心病介入治疗患者进行对照,评价手术操作时间、X线照射时间及介入治疗效果。结果:4例镜像右位心患者成功进行了介入诊疗,成功率100%,术中无严重并发症发生。结论:影像反转技术在右位心介入诊治中降低了手术难度,提高了手术成功率,该项技术在右位心介入诊疗时值得推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of interventional therapy of dextrocardia with congenital heart diseases.Method:The 4 patients of dextrocardia and congenital heart diseases confirmed by transthoracic echocardiography were enrolled in this study,which all need to be checked up by intervention.They were turned into normal left hearts by imaging retrograde technique and then operated in traditional way.Compared with the cases of left hearts with congenital heart diseases treated in the same period,the operational time,X-ray time and interventional therapy results were evaluated.Result:The interventional diagnosis and treatment have been performed successfully in 4 cases with dextrocardia,and the success rate of operation was 100%,without serious adverse events.Conclusion:The imaging retrograde technique is an ideal technique,which reduces the difficulty of intervention and significantly increases the success rate of procedure in patients of dextrocardia.Practice proved that this technique had good application effect and it is worth of spreading in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of dextrocardia.
