摘 要:目的:评价房间隔缺损患者封堵术后右室整体及节段容积变化。方法:选取33例成功行房间隔缺损封堵术的患者,术前、后用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)计算右室容积,RT-3DE经Qlab软件分析得出右室整体及节段的舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)和每搏输出量(SV),并计算3个节段的EDV、ESV、SV占整体容积的比率。结果:与术前比,术后右室整体、体部和流出道部的EDV、ESV、SV均减低,流入道部的EDV、SV亦均减低(均P<0.05);3个节段中,流入道部的EDV、ESV、SV占整体容积的比率最大。结论:RT-3DE是评价房间隔缺损患者封堵术右室整体及节段容积变化的可靠方法。Objective:To evaluate the change of global and regional right ventricular volume in patients with atrial septal defect(ASD) pre-occlusion and post-occlusion by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3 DE).Method:All 33 Patients were successfully performed occlusion.RV volume were calculated by RT-3 DE during pre-occlusion and post-occlusion respectively.In RT-3 DE,End-diastole volume(EDV),End-systolic volume(ESV) and Systolic volume(SV) in the global and three-segmental were acquired by Qlab analysis software.The ratio of the three regional volume in global RV volume were calculated.Result:Compared with the value of pre-occlusion,RV global,body and outflow EDV,ESV and SV were decreased after interventional occlusion(P<0.05),also as to the value of inflow EDV and SV.The ratio of the value of inflow EDV,ESV and SV in the global RV volume were bigger than that of the other two regions.Conclusion:RT-3 DE is a good technology in evaluating the change of RV global and three-regional volumes in pre-occlusion and post-occlusion in patients with atrial septal defect.
