摘　　要：为了更准确地了解塞罕坝机械林场森林生态系统的生态服务功能,根据《综合环境经济核算-2012核心框架》、《SEEA-2012试验性生态系统账户》的评价方法,对塞罕坝机械林场的森林生态系统的生态服务价值进行了评估。结果显示,塞罕坝机械林场森林生态系统服务总价值为135.62亿元,其中生态调节价值为132.03亿元,林产品生产价值为3.59亿元,生态调节价值是林产品生产价值的36.79倍;单位面积森林生态系统总经济价值为18.16万元/(hm^2·a),单位面积生态调节服务价值为17.68万元/(hm^2·a);在各项生态调节服务价值中,森林改善空气质量服务价值、森林防护价值和涵养水源服务价值占比较高,分别为43.62%、37.29%和7.61%,这三项占比总和达88.52%。由此得出结论,塞罕坝机械林场的森林生态系统发挥着巨大的生态服务作用,对当地及其周边地区的生态环境质量的改善及其生态安全的维持具有重要作用。In order to better understand the ecological service function of forest ecosystem of Saihanba Forest Farm,the ecological service value of forest ecosystem was evaluated according to the evaluation methods in System of Environmental-Economic Accounting 2012.Results showed that the total value of forest ecosystem services in Saihanba forest farm was 13.562 billion yuan,of which 13.203 billion yuan was the ecological adjustment value,358,8333 million yuan was the value of wood and non-wood forest product,and the ecological adjustment value was 36.79 times of the value of forest products.Per unit value of the forest ecosystem was 181.6 thousand yuan/(hm^2·a),and Per unit area value of the ecological adjustment service was 176.8 thousand yuan/(hm^2·a).Among the values of various ecological adjustment services,the values of improvement of the air quality,forest protection and water conservation service account for relatively high proportions,which were 43.62%,37.29%and 7.61%respectively(in total 88.52%).It was concluded that the forest ecosystem of Saihanba forest farm played a great role in ecological service,improving the ecological environment quality and maintaining the ecological security of the local and surrounding areas.
