新工科视域下大学生就业竞争力评价体系研究

摘　　要：新科技革命与产业变革要求大学生具备更加多元化的能力。为提高人才培养和社会需求之间的契合度,有必要对大学生的就业竞争力进行科学、动态的评估。本文从新工科的角度出发,通过文献综述和对企业招聘人员、高校学工干部、已工作毕业生等就业相关人员的实证调研,提炼评价指标,利用探索性因子分析对指标进行统计归纳,构建涵盖个人、家庭'学校、社会4个层面、7个维度、35项指标的大学生就业竞争力评价体系,并结合不同层面为提升大学生的就业竞争力提供对策和建议。The college students are claimed to possess more diversified abilities under the new round of scientific and technological revolution.In order to improve the fitness between the talent cultivation and social needs,it is necessary to make a scientific and dynamic evaluation about the employment competitiveness of college students.From the perspective of emerging engineering education,this article refined evaluation indicators through literature review and empirical research of corporate recruiters,student managements and graduates.With the exploratory factor analysis to statistically inducted the indicators,it constructed an evaluation system involving 4 aspects,of individual,family,college and society,7 dimensions and 35 indicators for the employment competitiveness of college students.Then,from the different aspects,some strategies and suggestions are provided to improve the employment competition for college students.
