摘　　要：本文介绍了汽车安全玻璃对玻璃原片的光畸变性能要求和典型的光畸变现象。在分析薄玻璃原片光畸变产生机理的基础上,总结了浮法玻璃生产中影响光畸变性能的主要工艺因素,提出了在常规生产基础上需要重点关注的工艺细节,及相应的改进措施。This article introduces the requirements of optical distortion performance and typical optical distortion phenomena of raw sheet for automotive safety glass.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of optical distortion of the thin raw sheet,this paper summarizes main process factors that affect the optical distortion performance in the production of float glassand puts forward the technical details which should be paid more attention to on the conventional production and the corresponding improvement measures.
