摘　　要：玻璃厚度是光伏基板玻璃生产过程中一项重要的品质指标。本文主要介绍了设计开发和使用接触式传感器的在线自动测厚系统,说明了接触式测厚的原理,并根据现场情况,分析了可能出现的主要问题以及应对方式。Glass thickness is an important quality index in the production of photovoltaic glass substrate.This paper mainly introduces the design,development and application of on-line automatic thickness measurement systemwithcontact sensor,explains the principle of contact thickness measurement,and analyzes main problems that may occur and the countermeasuresbased on the site situation.
