摘 要:由于矿产资源的过量化采集,当下矿井多呈深井开采模式,涌水量大,水泵抽水是矿井排水的主要手段,矿井水泵在矿井的生产作业中具有至关重要的作用。基于多重因素的影响,矿井水泵当下的运行现状不容乐观,在排水过程中效率低下,矿井渗水性事故多发。本文拟就矿山水泵的现实运行状况,对水泵节能化进行分析,基于此采取有效的针对性措施进行改进,以保障矿山水泵的整体运行效率、节能化和矿井作业安全。due to the over-quantized collection of mineral resources,the current mine is a deep mining mode,the water inflow is large,pump pumping is the main means of mine drainage,mine pump in the mine production operation has a crucial role.Due to the influence of multiple factors,the current operation status of mine water pump is not optimistic,the efficiency is low in the process of drainage,and accidents of mine water permeability are frequent.In this paper,the actual operation of the mine water pump is analyzed,and effective measures are taken to improve the pump,so as to ensure the overall operation efficiency,energy-saving and safety of the mine operation.
