摘  要:于2018年5月至6月,在中国大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)保护研究中心雅安碧峰峡基地以圈养大熊猫为研究对象,采用连续时间记录法,在固定时间段内(每日观察时间为09:00-11:00和14:00-16:00,累计观察30 d)记录大熊猫的某些特定行为;以取食行为、排遗行为、运动行为、休息行为、修饰行为、通讯行为、探究行为、玩耍行为作为大熊猫行为谱;评估人为因素(游客量和饲养人员接触方式)对大熊猫行为的影响、分析节假日与工作日大熊猫行为的差异以及饲养人员不同接触方式下大熊猫行为的差异。结果表明:节假日和工作日的游客量对大熊猫行为表达具有显著影响,游客量的增加导致大熊猫行为多样性降低。大熊猫的行为也受饲养人员因素的影响,饲养人员积极接触会导致大熊猫行为多样性降低。减少游客对大熊猫影响和改善饲养人员与大熊猫的接触方式,可以提升大熊猫福利水平。From May to June 2018,captive giant pandas(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)were studied at the Ya’an Bifengxia Base of China Giant Panda Protection and Research Center,continuous time recording method was adopted to record some specific behaviors of giant pandas in a fixed period(daily observation time:09:00-11:00 and 14:00-16:00,30 days in total).Feeding behavior,excretion behavior,sports behavior,rest behavior,modification behavior,communication behavior,exploration behavior,play behavior as the giant panda behavior spectrum;To evaluate the influence of human factors(visitor Numbers and contact methods of keepers)on giant panda behavior,and to analyze the differences between the behavior of giant pandas during holidays and working days,as well as the differences in the behavior of giant pandas under different contact methods of keepers.The number of visitors on holidays and working days had a significant influence on the behavior expression of giant pandas,and the increase of the number of visitors led to the decrease of the diversity of giant pandas’behavior.The behavior of the giant panda is also affected by the factors of keepers,who will lead to the decrease of the diversity of giant panda behavior.Reducing tourists’influence on pandas and improving keepers’contact with pandas can improve the welfare level of pandas.
