摘　　要：文章调研国内机构知识库联盟的建设现状,结合农业科研系统机构知识库建设需求,提出基于SAAS云服务模式我国农业科研系统机构知识库联盟建设架构,从关键技术体系和核心功能方面详细论述,并介绍了农业科研系统机构知识库联盟的建设效果,为我国机构知识库联盟建设提供参考。Through the literature research of the institutional repository alliance in China and combining with the requirement of China Agricultural Institutional Repository,the paper proposes the construction framework of China Agricultural Institutional Repository Alliance based on SAAS cloud service,discusses the key technologies and core functions in detail,and introduces the construction effect.China Agricultural Institutional Repository Alliance construction can provide reference for the other institutional repository alliance construction in China.
