德国RISE-DE科研数据管理服务自评估模型的研究

摘　　要：随着数据科学时代的到来,越来越多的科研机构图书馆开始参与到科研数据管理之中,如何评估管理服务,从而达到自身能力的提升和过程效能的持续增强就成为图书馆领域的重要课题。以德国R ISE-D E科研数据管理服务自评估模型为研究对象,采用内容分析法和比较分析法从服务内容和组织管理角度进行分析。研究发现,该模型具有服务导向性、机构参与性和管理全面性的特点,对国内相关机构开展科研数据管理服务具有参考作用。With the advent of the data science,more and more research institutional libraries have begun to participate in the research data management.How to evaluate management services to achieve their own capabilities and the continuous enhancement of process efficiency has become an important topic in the library field.This paper takes the German RISE-DE research data management service self-assessment model as the object and uses the content analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze it from the service content and organization management perspective.The study found that the model has the characteristics of service orientation,institutional participation and comprehensive management.
