摘 要:[目的/意义]文章关注“淘宝村”这个特殊的群体,探究在淘宝村发展过程中隐性知识传播机理,以期为农村电商发展提供决策建议.[方法/过程]采用实地调研、问卷调查、深度访谈等方式对河南省长葛市两个淘宝村岗李村和尚庄村进行深入调研,并获取第一手数据,利用社会网络分析方法,对其进行对比分析.[结果/结论]淘宝村隐性知识传播与社会网络有紧密的联系,淘宝村隐性知识的传播符合SECI模型但同时受其自身的特性和技术含量的影响.[局限]研究的样本局限在河南省范围内,没有展开全国范围的调研.[Purpose/significance]This paper focuses on the special group of"Taobao Village"and explores the mechanism of tacit knowledge transmission in the development process of Taobao Village in order to provide decision-making suggestions for rural e-commerce development.[Method/process]This study had in-depth research on two typical Taobao Villages,Gangli Village and Shangzhuang Village,Changge City,Henan Province using field research,questionnaires,and in-depth interviews to obtain first-hand data.And acomparative analysis was conducted between Gangli Village and Shangzhuang Village based on the social analytical method.[Result/conclusion]The tacit knowledge dissemination in Taobao Village is closely related to the social network.The tacit knowledge of Taobao Village is consistent with the SECI model but is also affected by its own characteristics and technical content.[Limitations]The sample of the study was limited to the scope of Henan Province and there was no nationwide survey.
