摘 要:以二甲基硅油为分散相,配合OP-10/Span-80复合乳化剂制备有机硅微乳液,对其稳定性进行了测试,并将其涂刷于混凝土试件表面,测试有机硅微乳液对混凝土试件的防护效果。结果表明:乳化剂用量和搅拌时间对微乳液的稳定性均会产生影响;搅拌时间为60 min、乳化剂用量为6%、反应温度60℃时,可获得平均粒径为120 nm的稳定有机硅微乳液。涂刷有机硅微乳液的混凝土吸水率降低、抗氯离子渗透及抗盐冻破坏性能大幅提高。In this paper,the organosilicone microemulsion was made from dimethicon as the dispersed phase and composite emulsifier OP-10/Span-80,and its stability was investigated.The organosilicone microemulsion was brushed on concrete specimens in order to test the protective performance.The results show that the dosage of emulsifier and stirring time have effects on the stability of organosilicone microemulsion,and the stable organosilicon microemulsion can be gotten with average particle size in 120 nm by means of 60 min stir,6%of composite emulsifier and 60℃of emulsification temperature.After concrete specimens were coated by the organosilicone microemulsion,the water absorption decreased,the anti-chloridion permeability and the ability of resistance deicer frost scaling were improved greatly.
