摘 要:以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、甲基丙烯酸磺酸钠(MAS)、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵(APS)等为原材料合成聚羧酸高效减水剂(PCE),并研究了合成工艺参数对PCE分散性的影响。试验结果表明:当酸醚比为4∶1,过硫酸铵、甲基丙烯酸磺酸钠用量分别为单体总质量的4.5%、3.0%时,所制备聚羧酸高效减水剂的分散性最佳;掺入PCE后水泥的水化放热峰延迟,水化放热速率和放热总量均有所提高;同时,合成的聚羧酸高效减水剂与不同种水泥具有良好的适应性,并且与脂肪族减水剂具有良好的协同效应,但与氨基磺酸盐系减水剂、萘系减水剂复掺时水泥净浆流动度降低。In this paper,polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)was synthesized from TPEG,MAS,acrylic acid and APS as raw materials.The influence of synthesis parameters on the dispersion of PCE was studied.The results showed that the synthesized PCE exhibit the best effect when the mole ratio of acrylic acid to TPEG is 4∶1,APS dosage is 4.5%and MAS dosage is 3.0%.The results of hydration heat showed that the peak of hydration rate was delayed when the synthesized PCE was added.Meanwhile,the max rate of hydrate rate and the total heat of cement were also increased by adding the synthesized PCE.In addition,the synthesized PCE showed a good adaptability with different cements and good synergistic effect with aliphatic superplasticizer,however,the fluidity of cement paste decreased when the PCE mixed with amino sulphonate series superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer.
