优思悦与芬吗通用于人工流产术后临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)(优思悦)、雌二醇片\雌二醇地屈孕酮片(芬吗通)用于人工流产术后的临床效果。方法 :对300例人工流产妇女随机分为优思悦组(100例)、芬吗通组(100例)和对照组(100例)。3组术后均常规口服抗生素预防感染及慈航胶囊促进子宫恢复,优思悦组和芬吗通组分别于手术当日开始服用相应药物,每天1片,连服28d。比较3组阴道出血时间、子宫内膜厚度、月经恢复时间及宫腔粘连的发生率。结果:优思悦组及芬吗通组阴道流血时间分别为(3.8±0.9)d、(3.8±0.8)d,短于对照组的(4.5±1.5)d,月经恢复时间分别为(27.5±1.0)d、(29.3±0.6)d明显短于对照组的(29.2±2.4)d(P<0.05),且优思悦组短于芬吗通组(P<0.05);术后14 d子宫内膜厚度芬吗通组(5.2±1.6)mm大于对照组(4.5±1.8)mm,优思悦组(3.6±1.4)mm小于对照组(P<0.05);术后2个月宫腔粘连发生率优思悦组(0例)及芬吗通组(0例)均少于对照组(5例)(P<0.05)。结论 :优思悦及芬吗通均能有效减少术后出血时间、促进月经来潮、预防宫腔粘连,芬吗通能增加子宫内膜厚度,有效修复子宫内膜,但无避孕作用,优思悦更适合人工流产后服用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tabletsⅡ(Yasyue)and estradiol(1 mg)and dydrogesterone tablets(Femoston)for treating women after induced abortion.Methods:300 women after induced abortion were randomly divided into group A,B,and C(100 cases in each group).After abortion,all the women were treated with antimicrobial drugs to prevent infection and Cihang capsule to promote uterine recovery,and the women in group A were also given Yasyue(1 tablet daily for 28 d),the women in group B were given Femoston(1 tablet daily for 28 d),and the women in group C were not given any additional drug.The vaginal bleeding time,endometrium thickness,menstrual recovery time,and the incidence of uterine adhesion of women were compared among three groups.Results:The vaginal bleeding time of women in group A and B were 3.8±0.9 d and 3.8±0.8 d,which were significant shorter than that(4.5±1.5 d)of women in group C(P<0.05).The time of menstrual recovery of women in group A and B were 27.5±1.0 d and 29.3±0.6 d,which were significant shorter than that(29.2±2.4 d)of women in group C(P<0.05),and the time of menstrual recovery of women in group A was significant shorter than that of women in group B(P<0.05).14 day after abortion,the thickness of endometrium of women in group B(5.2±1.6 mm)was significant thicker than that(4.5±1.8 mm)of women in group C(P<0.05),and that of women in group A(3.6±1.4 mm)was significant thinner than that(4.5±1.8 mm)of women in group C(P<0.05).2 month after abortion,the number of uterine adhesion of women in group A and B were 0 case and 0 case,which were significant less than that(5 cases)of women in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yasyue and Femoston can effectively shorten the bleeding time of women after abortion,promote menstrual recovery,and prevent the occurrence of uterine adhesion.Femoston can effectively repair the endometrium by increase its thickness,but it has no contraceptive effect,so Yasyue is more suitable for post-abortion women.
