摘 要:分析了瓦楞纸箱印刷包装成套设备的组成和工艺流程,建立了瓦楞纸箱印刷滚筒的三维实体模型,分析了印刷滚筒工作过程中的受力情况,研究了印刷滚筒压力分布不均和应力集中的薄弱环节,得到了印刷滚筒的挠曲变形情况。利用ansys workbench软件对印刷滚筒进行模态分析,得出了其固有频率和振型情况,据此对印刷滚筒进行结构优化,为生产实践提供理论指导。The composition and process flow of corrugated carton printing and packaging equipment is analyzed,a three-dimensional solid model of corrugated carton printing cylinder is established,the stress during the working process of printing cylinder is analyzed,printing roller is studied the weak links of uneven pressure distribution and stress concentration,and get the flexural deformation of roller printing.Using the ansys workbench software to perform modal analysis on the printing cylinder,the natural frequency and mode shape are obtained.Based on this,the structure of the printing cylinder is optimized to provide theoretical guidance for production practice.
