摘 要:介绍了常规游梁式抽油机的机械结构和能耗特点,以CYJ10-3-53HB型抽油机为例,建立了常规游梁式抽油机四杆机构的数学模型,对其在不同的冲次下的悬点运动状态和扭矩因数进行了理论分析,并利用Matlab编程对数学模型进行仿真,得到了所对应的悬点运动曲线和扭矩曲线。仿真结果的比较表明,不同冲次下的抽油机运动性能不相同,从而对冲次的调节给游梁式抽油机节能改造提供了理论依据。The mechanical structure and energy consumption characteristics of the conventional beam pumping unit were introduced.Taking the CYJ10-3-53HB pumping unit as an example,the mathematical model of the four-bar mechanism of the conventional beam pumping unit was established.The theoretical analysis of the suspension motion state and torque factor under the impulse was carried out,and the mathematical model was simulated by Matlab programming,and the corresponding suspension motion curve and torque curve were obtained.According to the comparison of the simulation results,the influence of different strokes on the kinematic performance of the pumping unit is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the energy-saving transformation of the beam pumping unit.
