摘  要:设计了一种应用于微型变压器半自动化生产线上的线圈自动绕线装置。为减少绕线过程的故障,解决绕线时磁圈间的铜线没有切断与在绕线时发生缠线这两个问题,重点对绕线机鼓轮进行了优化。在鼓轮表面设计了微沟槽并进行力学和加工可行性分析,选定90°微沟槽作为优化方案。绕线机产出效率从20 pcs/h提高至170 pcs/h,提高了产品质量。An automatic coil winding device applied to the semi-automatic production line of micro transformer was designed.In order to reduce the fault of winding process,the drum wheel of winding machine was optimized to solve the two problems of not cutting the copper wire between the magnetic coil during winding and winding.The micro-groove was designed on the surface of the drum wheel and the mechanical and machining feasibility analysis was carried out.90°micro-groove was selected as the optimization scheme.The output efficiency of the winding machine increases from 20 pcs/h to 170 pcs/h,which improves the product quality.
