摘  要:根据阀门气动装置的类型和结构特点,介绍启闭动作为转动方向90°单气缸双作用结构气动装置的工作原理和其各组成零部件的作用,详细分析单气缸双作用气动装置的使用条件、气缸中活塞的推力、执行机构中曲柄力臂的长度、阀门驱动的输出转矩、转杆扭矩、转杆直径、转杆与曲柄键联接强度校核和其他零部件等的设计计算,并对此单气缸双作用结构的阀门气动装置进行试制检验。结果表明该结构的气动装置各项技术指标均能达到阀门驱动的要求,且生产成本较低、输出扭矩较大、操作简单方便、安全可靠,是气动驱动元件的优质产品。According to the type and structure characteristics of valve pneumatic device,the working principle of opening and closing as a pneumatic device with 90°rotation direction and the function of its components were introduced.The conditions of use of a pneumatic device with double action in a single cylinder,thrust of the piston in the cylinder,length of crank arm in the actuator,output torque driven by the valve,turnbar torque,turnbar diameter,turnbar connection strength check and other spare parts were analyzed.The design calculation and trial test of the valve pneumatic device with a single cylinder double action structure show that the various technical indicators of the pneumatic device of the structure could meet the requirements of valve drive.And its production cost is low,the output torque is large,the operation is simple,convenient,safe and reliable,and it is a high-quality product of pneumatic drive components.
