摘　　要：某船海水泵在运行过程中振动较大,声响异常,存在明显的故障征兆。为查明异常状态原因,消除故障隐患,采用Vibexpert振动数据采集器采集了该泵电机和泵体轴承座不同方向上的振动信号,并对其进行时频域分析,发现电机下端径向振动速度信号有2~6倍转频成分,径向位移信号有轻微截波,轴向位移有明显截波;泵上端径向振动信号的频谱中除了转动基频外,还存在明显的2~6倍频成分,说明该泵存在松动与碰摩现象;拆检发现该泵叶片与泵壳存在明显碰摩,验证了振动分析结论。The vibration intensity of a pump exceeded the standard,and the sound was abnormal based on vibration monitoring.The vibration signals of the motor and pump bearing were collected.By analyzing the vibration signals,it was found that the radial velocity signal at the lower end of the motor had 2~6 times frequency conversion component,the radial displacement signal had slight intercept wave,the axial displacement had obvious intercept wave;and besides the rotating fundamental frequency,there were also obvious 2~6 times frequency components in the spectrum of the radial vibration signal at the upper end of the pump.Monitoring results showed that there were loosening and rubbing in the pump.When dismantling,it had been found that there were installation issues in the pump,which resulted in loosening and rubbing.
