摘 要:电梯运行噪声是电梯质量的重要评价指标,控制不当会对周边环境造成噪声污染,严重会影响设备运行安全与使用寿命。在阐述分析噪声的危害、相关标准的技术要求基础上,从电梯设计制造的角度出发将曳引式电梯运行过程中产生的噪声源分为机械结构噪声、电磁噪声以及高速电梯存在的气动噪声三大类,并对噪声的传播进行分析研究。最后提出针对性的降噪措施,为电梯的噪声诊断及降噪方面的技术研究提供了重要引导。The operating noise is one of the most important evaluation index of quality of lift.The improper control of lift operating noise has caused noise pollution to surrounding environment.More serious,the noise will affects the service life and safety operation of the equipment.On the basis of elaborates and analysis the noise hazards and technical requirements of the relevant national standards,from the perspective of design and manufacture of the lift,the noise source of traction drive liftduring operation were divided into three categories:noise from mechanical structure,electromagnetic noise and aerodynamic noise of some high-speed and super-high-speed lifts.Then the analysis of transmission of noise was carried out.Finally,the targeted denoise methods were put forward,and provided important guidance for the lift noise diagnosis and denoising technologies.
