河南省科技服务业“瓶颈”破解分析

摘　　要：河南省科技服务业起步晚、发展快,但与经济基础较好的地区相比,规模仍然较小。基于河南省科技服务业相关数据进行研究,发现河南省科技服务业发展规模小、效益低、科技成果转化率低、各地市发展不均衡。深究其因,河南省缺乏高科技专业人才,企业融资困难,科研经费投入不足,科技中介机构发展缓慢。因此河南省需储备高科技人才、拓宽融资渠道、加大科研经费投入、培育科技中介机构、促进区域协调发展,从而发挥科技服务经济高质量发展的作用。The science and technology service industry in Henan Province started late but developed quickly,and it was still small compared with the regions with good economic foundation.Based on the relevant data of Henan Province’s science and technology service industry,this paper analyzed the current situation of the science and technology service industry in Henan Province,such as small scale,low efficiency,low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements and unbalanced development in various cities.As a result,Henan Province is short of high-tech professionals,and many enterprises have difficulty in financing,and the investment in scientific research funds is insufficient,and scientific and technological intermediary institutions are developing slowly.In order to play the role of technology in serving the economy,the paper puts forward some suggestions on reserving high-tech talents,expanding financing channels,increasing investment in scientific research funds,cultivating science and technology intermediary institutions,and promoting the coordinated development of regions.
