摘　　要：当下公安院校共青团工作存在思想引领工作的质效提升不足,活动的载体功能的发挥不足,组织建设束缚了凝聚功能发挥等问题。面对上述共青团建设困境,应坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想统领公安院校共青团思想引领工作;更新团学理念,强化团学载体内涵式建设;完善组织运行体制,提升共青团凝聚青年功能;多措并举,助力新时代公安院校共青团建设。Youth League work in public security colleges and universities is often characterized by less than strong ideological guidance,less than effective activities and less than solid organizational cohesiveness.To confront the situation,public security colleges and universities must adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,update their ideas about Youth League work,enrich its content and strive for organizational improvement,and increase the League s appeal to the youth.
