摘　　要："十三五"规划以来,我国轨道交通技术实现了跨越式发展,所取得的成就举世瞩目[1]。党的十九大报告中明确提出要建设"交通强国",这不仅是一个策略,也是一个号召,更是为轨道交通技术发展提供的一剂强心剂。目前我国城市轨道交通建设正处于高速发展时期,现在已有39座城市经国家批准建设轨道交通,预计到2020年,将有超过50个城市建设轨道交通,规划线路里程将超过10000km,我国的城市轨道交通行业步入了一个跨越式发展的新阶段,中国已经成为世界最大的城市轨道交通市场之一。城市轨道交通工程建设实施具有投资规模大、技术难度高、专业性强、参与单位多、接口复杂等特点,给其建设管理带来了极大的挑战,存在造价管理把控不严、导致国有资产流失的问题,因此加强工程审价具有十分重要的现实意义。文章在轨道交通工程结算及相关项目工程审价调研基础上,就相关工程审价管理进行了探讨。Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan, the leaping development of China’s rail transit technology and the achievements in the development of rail transit technology have attracted worldwide attention. China’s world rail transit development has already taken the lead in the world. In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is not only a strategy but also a call for the construction of a "transportation power". It is also a potent agent for the development of rail transit technology. At present, China’s urban rail transit construction is in a period of rapid development.At present, 39 cities have been approved to build rail transit by the state. It is estimated that by 2020, there will be more than 50 cities to build rail transit, and the planned route mileage will exceed 10,000 kilometers. China’s urban rail transit industry has entered a leap-forward development. In the new stage, China has become the world’s largest urban rail transit market. The construction of urban rail transit projects has a large investment scale, high technical difficulty, strong professionalism, and many participating units.The complex interface and other characteristics have brought great importance to its construction management. The cost management in the process is not strict, which leads to the loss of state-owned assets. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the project evaluation. This paper combines the settlement of rail transit projects and related On the basis of the project engineering trial price research, a shallow discussion of the relevant project trial price management is proposed.
