摘 要:乡村振兴战略是新时代中国特色“三农”发展战略体系的重要组成部分,战略的实施为农村电商创业发展注入新动能,推动农村电商创业模式不断创新。以创业的主导力量为划分标准,总结归纳江苏省农村电商创业实践中出现的四种典型模式:返乡青年电商创业带动型、农村电商创业平台助推型、新型农业经营主体领办型、农村电子商务示范村引领型。深入分析以上四种发展模式独有的内涵特征和结构要素,认为政策要素、资金要素、人才要素、基础设施要素等因素相互作用,影响农村电商创业活动过程和成效,可促进当地乡村振兴目标的实现。The rural revitalization strategy is an important part of development strategy with Chinese characteristic"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era.The implementation of the strategy has injected new kinetic energy into the development of rural e-commerce and promoted the continuous innovation of rural e-commerce entrepreneurship.Based on the leading strength of entrepreneurship,the four typical models emerging in rural e-commerce entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province were summarized:the youth return to hometown as rural e-commerce entrepreneurship revitalizing model,the e-commerce entrepreneurial platform as boosting model,new agricultural business leaders as guiding model,rural e-commerce demonstration village as leading model.And then connotation and structural elements analyzed.The interaction of policy elements,capital elements,talent elements,and infrastructure elements determined the process and effectiveness of rural e-commerce entrepreneurship activities,and thus promoted the realization of revitalization of local rural areas.
