我国农民工资性收入结构演变的省际比较——基于偏离——份额分析

摘　　要：从农民工资性收入结构和来源入手,采用统计分析法和偏离份额分析法,分析2004~2016年我国31个省份农民工资性收入结构及增长类型。结果表明,农民工资性收入结构存在显著地区差异;结构偏离分量较低,结构优势普遍较小;竞争优势普遍较大,呈现由东南地区向西北、东北地区竞争力逐渐增强空间特征。因此,在确保农民工资性收入稳定增长的同时,更应注意收入结构地区差异,农业工资性收入已出现明显竞争优势地区应大力培育新型农业经营主体,促进多种形式规模经营,发挥农业工资性收入潜力;非农工资性收入增长势头较强劲地区,应大力发展二三产业,解决农民非农就业问题。Based on the structure and source of wage incomes of farmers,statistical analysis and deviation-share analysis method were used to study and analyze the wage income structure and growth type of farmers in 31 regions of China from 2004 to 2016.The results showed that there were significant regional differences in the wage income structure of farmers.The structural deviation component was significantly lower,and the structural advantage was generally smaller.The competitive advantage was generally larger,and showed the spatial characteristics of gradually increasing competitiveness from southeast to northwest and northeast.Therefore,while ensuring the steady growth of peasant workers'wage income,more attention should be paid to the regional differences in income structure.Regions with obvious competitive advantages in agricultural wage income should vigorously cultivate new types of agricultural operators to promote diversified forms of scale operation,and develop the potential of agricultural wage income for non-agricultural workers.In areas where the growth momentum of capital income was still strong,the second and third industries should be vigorously developed to fully solve the non-agricultural employment of farmers.
