摘　　要：明代建立后,济南因其区位优势和山川地理形势被确立为山东省会,政治地位得到极大提升。随之进行了大规模的城防、行政设施建设,园林景观也逐渐成型,形成了明清两代济南城的基本格局和风貌特征。并且以其悠久丰厚的文化底蕴、独特的人文地理优势和特殊的政治地位吸引和接纳着来自全国的文人、大儒、名宦,提高了济南在全国的文化影响和文化地位。重文兴教的社会风气更促进了济南诗文学术的兴盛繁荣,形成了海纳百川、兼收并蓄、开放包容的省会文化特征。经过明清两代的发展,作为省会的济南在文化上取得了巨大成就,诗歌、戏曲、经学、曲艺等领域名人荟萃、大家迭出,铸就了"名士之城"的美誉。After the establishment of the Ming dynasty,Jinan was established as the capital of Shandong province because of its geographical advantages.Subsequently,large-scale urban construction and the construction of garden landscape formed the basic pattern and landscape characteristics of Jinan in the Ming and Qing dynasties.With rich cultural heritage,unique advantages in human geography and special political status,it attracted and took in men of letters,learned scholars and officials from all over the country,thus enhancing its cultural influence and status in the whole country.The social ethos of emphasizing literature and promoting education promoted the flourishing of poetry and literature in Jinan,forming the capital cultural characteristics of inclusiveness and openness.After the development in the Ming and Qing dynasties,Jinan,as the provincial capital,made great achievements in culture.Famous people in the fields of poetry,opera,classics,and quyi sprang one after another,hence the reputation of "city of famous scholars".
